Unashamedly proud to be coffee geeks, 200 Degrees is an independent specialty coffee roaster and purveyor of distinctive coffee shops.
Initially opened in Nottingham over a decade ago, 200 Degrees have gone from strength to strength and now has 18 distinctively independent and relaxing coffee shops around the UK. All of which are run by their team of highly skilled baristas. The Lincoln branch is especially unique, with an outside courtyard area and a barista school upstairs.
Their perfect cup of coffee is created in their UK-based roast house with the finest green beans from Rainforest Alliance farms shipped in and hand-roasted at just below 200 degrees centigrade, allowing it to develop a smoother, deeper taste.
Not to be missed, the fantastic range of light bites, such as sandwiches and fresh cakes, pair perfectly with their signature freshly roasted coffee!
