Louth Distillery

A family-owned business dating back to the 1950s, Louth Distillery began in West Yorkshire before moving on to Lincolnshire in the early 1980s. Formerly known as Bottomley Distillers, Louth Distillery is the proud home of award-winning Lincolnshire brands Rum Cat, Pin Gin, and producers of founder Mr Stansfield Bottomley's original Single Malt Whisky recipe.

Alan Bottomley, Stansfield’s son, was always interested in spirit production. And In 2016, inspired by this inherited skill, he decided to modernise those nearly lost techniques. With the agreement of his family, Lincolnshire's oldest distillery was founded.

Tour & Taste

The Tour & Taste experience at Louth Distillery will teach you a little about the history of the brand, the history of gin and how the processes work, and you'll be guided through samples of a range of spirits, from Pin Gin to Rum Cat. And when you've tried and tested them all, choose your favourite and you can enjoy a full size one to finish!

Gin School

A great experience to share with friends and family, the Gin School experience will help you delve into the world of distillation by making your very own gin and learn about how Pin Gin came to be.
