The owners, Caroline and Andrew, welcome you to Magpies, a family run restaurant with three elegantly furnished luxury en-suite rooms.
Set in a row of black and cream cottages, an elegant duck egg blue and cream decor, crisp white linen napkins, silver cutlery and candlelight, evoke an intimate and relaxed atmosphere to compliment the fine dining experience.
Andrew creates a seasonal menu, preparing modern British dishes, using the best quality local ingredients and suppliers where possible. Caroline creates delicious desserts and runs front of house. Everything is freshly prepared on the premises
Service is formal and attentive but delivered in a friendly and relaxed style. Enjoy an aperitif with Chefs tasty canapes on the small patio on balmy summer evenings or the warmth of the wood burning stove on chilly winter nights.
