Bringing the feel of Spain to the heart of Lincoln's historic and cobbled cathedral quarter, Olivares is a tapas bar serving authentic Spanish food.
Majorca-born owner Nicholas alongside his wife, serve traditional family recipes with a unique and modern twist. Every dish is lovingly made by hand, using fresh local ingredients. A meal everyone can enjoy, they aim to make every dishes' fat content as low as possible.
Whether you're craving the classic dishes like Patatas Bravas (homemade fried potatoes with an ali oli dip) or more unique dishes like Tumbet (Courgette, eggplant, potatoes, red peppers, and tomato sauce all nicely roasted in the oven 'Majorcan' style) you're sure to find dishes to delight, with a variety of tapas on offer.
This food couldn't go down any smoother, with perfectly paired homemade lemonade, red wine sangria with fresh fruit and more. Some might say it's the perfect refreshment in warmer weather!
