About Pimento

Nestled in Historic Lincoln, along the famous cobbled Steep Hill, Pimento is Lincoln's oldest vegan & vegetarian restaurant. Established over 30 years ago, Pimento helps city-goers escape the hustle and bustle for a relaxing sit down with one of their wonderful mouth-watering homemade cakes or vegan meals, all cooked fresh to order.

Bursting with character, their building is believed to have been constructed early to mid-18th century. With exposed Roman walls and views overlooking an iconic steep hill, it's a favourite eatery for many.
