On the edge of the Lincolnshire Wolds AONB, resides The Cheese Shed at Cote Hill Farm, a self-service farm shop. With unique vending machines stocking fresh and local produce, shoppers can experience the weekly shop in a whole new way!
Working hard towards zero waste, they have created ethical and sustainable products, such as fresh raw milk that can be re-filled in your own glass bottles or Cote Hill glasses can be purchased. All from their ever-so-convenient vending machine.
Unsurprisingly, one of their most popular vending machines is the one that stocks their award-winning cheese. With a variety of flavours and sizes, including Blue, yellow, red, Lindum or white, there’s something for every cheese lover to enjoy. And, for a taste of wider Lincolnshire, they also stock local producers such as Jenny’s Jams, local free-range eggs, Myers plum bread, Dennett's Ice Cream, and Granny Mary's Sweet treats. With local roaster Stoke's Tea and Coffee beans too, shoppers here can also make themselves a tasty and aromatic coffee-to-go.
With the shop situated on the farm itself, the contented dairy cows the milk came from are in plain sight from The Cheese Shed.
