The Woolpack is a grade 11 listed building and is located on the eastern fringes of the market town of Louth.
The Woolpack Louth offers an eclectic menu ranging from traditional pub fayre, Sunday roasts and modern classics to smaller plates and a children's menu, with emphasis on using locally sourced ingredients. All food served is home cooked on the premises, menus are frequently updated to reflect seasonal changes in produce, and gluten and dairy free options are also available.
It also takes pride in being able to offer a wide selection of real ales, of which there is usually a choice of at least 6 hand pulls.
A traditional coaching inn, it dates to 1770. Today, the Woolpack retains all its original character and charm, having been extensively and sympathetically refurbished to provide comfortable and relaxed surroundings for modern times.
With two log burning stoves for the winter months and a selection of comfortable seating and dining areas, it is a cosy place to spend some time enjoying good food or a drink or two. Outside you will also find a spacious enclosed garden, a tranquil spot in which to relax during warmer months.
Pet dogs are also welcome!
