Auction House

Dale and Rachel, are the husband and wife team who have recently moved to Louth after running several successful restaurants in Lincolnshire over the last 10 years. And the shared dream of establishing their own business is finally a reality with Auction House.

They use their creative freedom to showcase a unique blend of traditional, contemporary food and drinks in a cosy, cosmopolitan local setting.

The vision is to provide residents and visitors with a welcoming, down-to-earth meeting place, whether it's over breakfast, lunch, dinner, coffee, cake, or a cheeky cocktail. It aims to put a stylish, modern twist on traditional rustic cooking.

The ethos of the Auction House is to be committed to sustainability, sourcing local produce, and catering to all lifestyle and dietary requirements.

Four-legged friends will be wagging their tails in delight as they are welcomed into a designated area until 5pm for a pup cake and a pawsecco!
