In the heart of Lincoln's historic Bailgate, you'll find a converted Victorian Schoolhouse home to Castle Hotel and Reform restaurant, one of our city's most famous fine dining restaurants.

Reform is driven by passionate and 2018/2019 Best Chef in Lincolnshire winner head chef Simon Hibberd. Supported by his experienced team, they endeavour to provide the most innovative contemporary European cuisine in a relaxed setting.

All menus are unique to Reform restaurant as Simon has curated a selection of dishes in-house that include seasonal and fresh ingredients, all sourced locally wherever possible. This taste of Lincolnshire features a delectable set lunch menu, an A la carte menu with four distinctly different cuts of steak, and an exciting set evening menu.
