The gelato is handmade from scratch, and all the ingredients are fresh, sourced locally in Lincolnshire. There are approximately 165 flavours that Baci and Co can produce. At any point, there are 12 different flavours on offer at their store, consistently changing for customers to have the opportunity to try something new every visit and to keep up with seasonal produce.

This award-winning producer has created the one-of-a-kind gelato recipes through a high percentage of fresh fruit, made carefully in small batches and with innovative and classic flavours, such as Garden Mint, Zesty Lime Drizzle, and Fresh Lemon. All the gelato is served at -13 degrees, the perfect flavour inducing temperature. Endeavouring to have something for everyone, they also have inclusive dairy-free vegan and reduced fat ranges ready to be enjoyed.

Not just a gelato store, they also sell hand-roasted and ground rich coffee. And their homemade and fresh Cheesecakes have become a local favourite. With mouth-watering flavours such as lemon, Battenberg, Kinder Bueno, and New York Style Baked, it’s a sweet tooth’s dream.
