About The Consortium
The Consortium is a micropub with a microbrewery and distillery in a courtyard close to Louth's Market Place.
The brewery produces a massive range of diverse real ales and gins. Usually, there are six ales supplied on the bar, in addition to a well-stocked gin shelf.
On market days, The Consortium also sells bottled ales, ciders, lagers, and gin on their regular stall.
